Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with all parts of and format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is posted as a Full and Open solicitation, open to all responsive/responsible offerors. There is no set-aside requirement. Award will be made to the responsive/responsible offeror who provides the technically acceptable product at the lowest price, delivery included. NAICS code 325612/750 employees applies. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. "System must have software that records the time of cycle, water temperature, irrigation, enzymes present, operator ID and data export capability. "Must include scope adapters. "System must have all product requirements as stated on itemized price quote. General Technical Specifications Dimensions are 62" H x 49" W x 31" D Weight 400 lbs. With use of optional air compressor, unit can be placed on the floor on either side or the back of the ADVANTAGE PLUS endoscope reprocessor. This will add additional depth (~12") or width (~12") to the installation. Physical dimensions of the compressor are 18" H x 16" W x 20" L with caster wheels, 15" H x 16" W and 20" L with rubber feet, weight 65 lbs. Alternately, the compressor may be installed remotely (in an adjacent room, closet, wall space). Space is required on either side of the unit (approximately a combined 12") for easy access to the internal components. If this is not available, the ADVANTAGE PLUS endoscope reprocessors contains a base with casters allowing the system to be moved. There should be adequate room for the ADVANTAGE PLUS endoscope reprocessor to be moved for access to accommodate maintenance. Purpose of Unit and project: Clean/HLD Surgical Scopes Additional product information and salient characteristics are located on the Internet and company brochures. Alternate system submission: Offerors submitting alternate items must provide technical information sufficient for a lay person to determine acceptability. Information will not be paid for by the government nor returned to the supplying party. The information will be used to determine product acceptability. Lack of sufficient information for our staff to determine product acceptability will result in a negative determination. Any quote will then be found non-responsiveness to the solicitation and the quote will not be considered. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured, used/refurbished or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No product in development shall be considered. Authorized dealers: Experienced firms only who are authorized dealers will be considered in addition to the original equipment manufacturer. A letter from the manufacturer stating your company is an authorized dealer for the line items must be in possession by the due date and be available for submission, if requested.
