Description

PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the procurement for two (2) Combi Oven Steamers for the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (PSHCS). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Vendor will provide all materials and components necessary for a Combi Oven Steamer which is brand name or equal to the Rational SCC 102. The solicitation, specifications and other attachments will be available for download on FedBizOpps (FBO) (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about 23 August 2016, with an anticipated proposal due date of 02 September 2016. The contract will be awarded to one (1) contractor using a Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposal meeting or exceeding the technical requirements. The anticipated award date is 15 September 2016. This procurement is Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 333318 - Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing; Cooking equipment (i.e., fryers, microwave ovens, ovens, ranges), commercial-type, manufacturing.
