Description

The Veterans Health Administration Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 intends to award on a sole source basis a lease to Professional Center, LLC for approximately 9,790 net usable square feet of real property medical office space in Louisville, Kentucky. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, prior to award in accordance with FAR Subpart 4.11.
