- MATHWORKS Licenses and Maintenance Service (24 months). ACCEPTING OFFERS FROM MATHWORK AUTHORIZED RESELLERS ONLY. LETER FROM MATHWORK CONFIRMING AUTHORIZED RESELLER STATUS IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PROPOSAL. WITHOUT MATHWORK CERTIFICATION, YOUR PROPOSAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Solicitation N00421-16-T-0571 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for MATHWORKS LICENSES and SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICE, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Although not set-aside for Total Small Business, offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business owners.
