THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial acquisition using FAR parts 12 and 15. VENDORS SHALL NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor shall the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 has an ongoing requirement for Home Oxygen Services to VA beneficiaries throughout Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 comprising of the states of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Oklahoma with some service into Nevada, Idaho, North Dakota, Kansas, Texas and Nebraska. The procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement will be 621610 with a size standard of $15.0 million.
