Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System (NWIHCS), is seeking potential Contractors capable of providing Human Genetic Testing Services off-site for the NWIHCS Medical Center, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. These services are solely dedicated to Veteran patients of the Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System. The type of contract is anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract. The length of the contract is anticipated to be one year with four- one year options. It is anticipated to be awarded to run October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. The solicitation documents will be available on or about August 25, 2016 and will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies.
