Description

This is a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity PR request for HUPP (CAGE: 0JT27) P/N: HAD2F129, PR 64192211, SOL: SPE4A16R0776, NSN: 1450-01-478-6526. The requirement is for 31 EACH of "Parts Kit - Seal Repl." The followng apply: Delivery in 240 days, QCC: CAA, I/A Dest, FOB Origin, First Destination Transportation applies. The Reverse Auction provision will be included in the soliclitation. A lack of competitive participation will render the RA clause null and an RA will not be conducted in that event. A small business subcontracting plan will be required from any large business in excess of $700,000 and certified cost data is required when a sole proposal is received in excess of $750,000. In the event that a Reverse Auction takes place, it will occur on the Procurex website, which can be accessed at: http://dla.procurexinc.com. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal.
