- Description
- Attachment B - Pricing Spreadsheet Attachment A - Statement of Work (SOW) HSCG23-16-Q-QW2127 - RFQ Instructions The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to obtain a submersible, Self-propelled boat trailer to be used for hauling, transporting and launching the USCG Special Purpose Craft - Training Boat (SPC-TB) for USCG Training Center Yorktown, VA (TCY). USCG TRACEN Yorktown (TCY) Boat Forces Center operates 14 38-foot Special Mission Training Boats (38' SPC-TB) to support Boatswain Mate A-school. Each 38' SPC-TB is hauled at the TCY boat ramp after 100 hours of operation or during mechanical casualties. TCY has one self-propelled trailer capable of hauling the 38' SPC-TB but frequently encounters maintenance delays when the trailer suffers a casualty or when more than one 38' SPC-TB is in need of planned maintenance or repair. A second self-propelled trailer would ensure that maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner and avoid loss of underway training for Boatswain Mate A-school.
