- DRAFT SAMPLE TASK C SOO DRAFT SAMPLE TASK B PWS DRAFT SAMPLE TASK A PWS DRAFT BASIC PWS The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at Fort Dix, NJ 08640, intends to solicit and award a 10 year Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Personnel Life-Cycle Support (PLS) services on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Firm Fixed Price - Level of Effort (FFP-LOE), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time & Materials (T&M), and Cost-Reimbursement - No Fee (CR-No Fee) basis. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 541612 has been assigned to this acquisition, which applies a $15 million size standard for Small Businesses. The total maximum dollar value (Program Ceiling) for all Task Orders placed under these Contracts is $6,086,126,647.00. The period of performance for the PLS MA IDIQ will consist of one, five year Base Period and five, 12 month Option Periods. This acquisition will support the United States Army, to include the Department of Defense, and other Federal Agencies. PLS services will be provided throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This acquisition will provide for the award of approximately 12 to 16 MA IDIQ Contracts, which will include a minimum of six Contract awards to Small Businesses. This requirement will be met through full and open competitive procedures utilizing the best value tradeoff process in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. Award(s) will be made to the best overall proposal(s) that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. Specific requirements of performance, delivery, location, etc. will be provided on a Task Order basis. The attached three draft PLS Performance Work Statements (PWSs) and one draft PLS Statement of Objectives (SOO) (Draft Basic PWS, Draft Sample Task A PWS, Draft Sample Task B PWS, and Draft Sample Task C SOO) have been attached for informational purposes only (these PWSs are subject to change). Questions are not being requested at this time, nor will questions be answered at this time. Additional documentation will not be provided at this time. Solicitation W15QKN-16-R-0002 is anticipated to be released on or about 11 October 2016. Any interested Offerors should monitor www.fbo.gov and reference proposed Solicitation number W15QKN-16-R-0002 for any updates to this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
