- This pre-solicitation notice is for Custodial Services Franklin, PA The US Army Contracting Command-NJ, Warfighter Support on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Center has a requirement for custodial services at the Franklin United States Army Reserve Center, Franklin, PA (PA035) 16323-1999 The Government intends to issue this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 6 - month base period, plus four 12- month option periods. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 Effective 15 August 2016. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The website is https://www.sam.gov/sam/. ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THE SOLICITATION MUST BE EMAILED. The estimated solicitation posting will be on or about 26 August 2016. The estimated response dead line is 9 September at 12:00 PM EST contingent upon the exact posting. The actual due date will be stated in BLOCK 08, PAGE 01 of the solicitation.
