Attachment 2 - Pricing Statement of Work RFQ PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit a Request for Quote (RFQ)-0005268 for a boat rental slip to house a 27 foot Boston Whaler Boat. This RFQ is being solicited using the simplified acquisition procedures (see Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88.The Department of Justice/Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this RFQ, to establish a single award, firm fixed price contract. Contract period will be for a base period of one year and two (2) 1-year option periods. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. Background: Please see attached RFQ, SOW, and Pricing Data for information concerning this procurement. ***IMPORTANT DATES*** Solicitation Release: 08/22/16 Questions Due: 09/01/16 Quotes Due: 09/07/16 All questions concerning this RFQ must be sent via email to Jerry.Varnell@ic.fbi.gov by 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 01, 2016. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Quotes shall be submitted by email to Mr. Jerry Varnell, Contract Specialist, Jerry.Varnell@ic.fbi.gov ; no later than Wednesday, September 07, 2016, 9:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST). Quotes shall be clearly marked RFQ-0005268. Offerors are hereby notified that if their quotes are not received by the date, time and location specified in this announcement, it will not be considered by the agency. Telephone request will not be considered. No questions will be answered over the telephone. Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012 to receive government contracts. The FBI uses a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM. Please ensure that your company's SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes TIN, EFT, DUNS, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
