Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs will be soliciting for elevator inspection services for the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC), 1970 Roanoke Blvd. Salem, VA 24153. All tests must be done in accordance to the American National Standards Institute/ American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ANSI/ANSE). A Request for Quote will be issued on or about August 23, 2016. The period of performance is October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is NOT a set-aside. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 541350 Building Inspection Services, size standard $7.5 Million.
