- RFQP01061600043 - BREAD Delivery Schedule Cover Letter for RFQ The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue RFQP01061600043 for the provision of Bread Products to the Federal Correctional Complex Butner located in Butner, North Carolina. Delivery is required the first week of September, 2016. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311421. The small business size standard is 100 employees. Any contractor interest in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
