Description

**** ALL BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND A PREBID MEETING WEDNESDAY AUGUST 31, 2016 AT10:00am AT THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI RIVER (LMR)MUSEUM ***** PLEASE NOTE: Offerors are required to furnish to the government Camera & equipment manuals and specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, fuel, supplies, transportation,supervision, and management to supply & install nine (9) security cameras and equipment at the Jesse Brent Lower Mississippi River Museum, Vicksburg, Mississippi. A site visit will be required & scheduled prior to submitting a bid. Cameras & Equipment will be installed in the following areas per approval by a Government representative: Museum: total three (3); one in the Theater; one pointed toward fish tank; one pointed toward the ‘1927 flood tent'. Boat: total six (6); one pointed down the main area of Deck B; one pointed down the main area/hall of Deck C; one in the Pilot House; one pointed toward the food display in Galley Deck A; one pointed toward the control switches area of Deck A; one pointed toward the main area of the engine level.
