THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Breathing Apparatus The Coatesville VA Medical Center located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320, intends to release Solicitation VA244-16-Q-1637 for the contractor to provide Scott Air Paks and assorted accessories. The full solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at www.fbo.gov on or about August 23, 2016. This full solicitation will be a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside, Brand Name Only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing; the size standard is 750 employees. This will be a Fixed Price Contract with delivery of items to be within 30 days after receipt of order. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed below. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website only. All offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed.
