Description

AVION SOLE SOURCE LETTER JA MEMO The Louisiana National Guard intends to award a sole source contract for the Universal Static Balancing Fixture hardware and software for the Louisiana Army Aviation Support Facility at Hammond, LA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible and other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) to Avion Manufacturing, Inc. The Universal Static Balancing fixture hardware and software are manufactured by Avion Manufacturing, Inc and are not allowed to be resold by outside resellers to customers. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quote or Proposal. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests for a copy of the solicitation will not be honored. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be an advantage to the Government. All response received within 15 days will be considered. if no affirmative written response is received, the contract will be awarded without further notice.
