Description

Department of Labor Posters RFP-244-16-0002-REL.Modular Building CSU CT Scan Modular Building Specifications SF-1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items This amendment incorporates the following changes: 1. Removes the requirement for construction services from Request for Proposal (RFP)-244-16-0002-REL. Therefore, the factory finished modular to house a Hitachi Scenaria Advance 128 CT Scanner at the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, 10110 South 7650 East, Crow Agency, Montana 59022, will be procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation; and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 1906 and 1907)); 2. The closing time and date is changed to 2:00 p.m., on September 8, 2016; and 3. The NAICS Code is changed from 236220 to 321991. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
