- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Elizabeth, Woodbridge, and Plainfield, New Jersey Delineated Area: North: Route 28 from Park Avenue/Route 531 to Elmora Avenue. East: Elmora Avenue from Route 28 to Bayway. Bayway from Elmora Avenue to I-278. I-278 from Bayway to I-95. I-95 from I-278 to I-287. South: I-287 from I-95 to Main Street. West: Main Street from I-95 to Plainfield Avenue. Plainfield Avenue from Main Street to Plainfield Road. Plainfield Road from Plainfield Avenue to Park Avenue/Route 531. Park Avenue/Route 531 from Plainfield Road to Route 28. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,446 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft.
