Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLC SD) Regional Contracts Department is conducting a Sources Sought to determine capability of industry to participate in a competitive acquisition to provide Motorola Service Solutions Repair services which will include troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs and testing of the radios and base stations. NAICS: 811213 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $11 M. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Quantity Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) type Contract is anticipated. The requirement is for a base year plus two one-year option periods. The anticipated period of performance is to be: Base Year: 24 October 2016 through 23 October 2017. Option Year One: 24 October 2017 through 23 October 2018. Option Year Two: 24 October 2018 through 23 October 2019. The purpose of this notice is to garner capability from Small Businesses for this requirement that can provide this service at a Firm-Fixed Price. In response to this Sources Sought, provide via EMAIL ONLY, your capability to provide this service at a FIRM-FIXED PRICE, your CAGE Code, DUNS, SAM status (with expiration date), and a capability statement along with a point of contact. Clearly identify your company size (LB, SB, SDB, SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, or 8(a)). Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced separately. This Sources Sought is NOT a Request for Quote, invitation for bid (IFB), or an announcement of a solicitation. The request is for informational purposes only. It is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability and adequacy of potential competitive sources prior to issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this Sources Sought. It is requested that interested sources submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 total pages in length, 12-point font minimum) addressing capabilities per the task requirements listed in the attached Draft Statement of Work. Capabilities shall include a clear demonstration of successful performance in same or similar areas. Interested parties should submit the required information in electronic Microsoft Word or PDF format to Lucas Aiu via email to lucas.k.aiu@navy.mil. Emails should be addressed with the subject title �MOTOROLA SERVICES �. Submittals will not be returned to the sender. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. FLC SD will utilize the information for Market Research. Submissions must be received no later than 05:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (P.S.T.) on 23 August 2016. Questions regarding this notice may be posted as an amendment that pertains to this announcement and viewable by all interested parties.
