Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare, Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, material, personnel and professional expertise for re-adjustment counseling services for eligible beneficiaries of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan, in the Cheboygan, Michigan area. The Contractor shall have relevant training and experience in counseling for symptoms related to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The Contractor shall meet all certifications, licenses and/or permit requirements of all Federal, State, or City codes regarding operations of this type of service. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the solicitation Statement of Work (SOW) and Price / Cost Schedule. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 621112. All potential bidders MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and show as "Active". The registration in SAM is a requirement in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. The contract is for the period of October 1, 2016 for one year (365 days) plus four (4) one (1) year option (s) period (s) (if exercised). No Fax or E-mail Bid Packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about August 18, 2016. NOTE: No phone, fax or e-mail inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
