Description

Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure one Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with completion in 270 days. Request for Quote SPM4A8-16-Q-0122 is Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. The project will include a one-time Site Visit at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Washington, to include delivery, installation, foundation, tech data, IUID tag, and Training. A complete technical package, DLA-A-VIBB-15-25-1001 dated August 12, 2016, is included in the Solicitation. FOB Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will issue on August 16, 2016 and close on September 26, 2016. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation is attached. Archiving Policy: Automatic /15 days after response date. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.
