ON OR ABOUT 16 August 2016 I WILL POST AN RFP TO PROVIDE and install a new Trane Performance Climate Changer Air handling Unit., be sure to read the Statement of work for full details. This will be an Emergency Order; however will be post for only one day 16 August 2016 closing 18 11:00 EST August 16, 2016, no extension will be give. PLEASE COORDINATE AND CONTACT Christopher Brown @ 1 (334) 272-4670 X3896 Christopher.Brown12@va.gov. PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR PROPSAL, (RFP), AND EMAIL THE COMPLETED DOCUMENT BACK IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. THE CLOSING OF THE BUY WILL BE ON (18 August 2016 @ 11:00 EST). SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS HAS PRECEDENCE AND THEN VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE ADDRESSED BY EMAIL NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE CLOSING.DUE TO THIS BEING THE 4TH QUARTER THERE WILL BE NO ACCEPETED LATE BIDS OR EXTENSIONS.
