Description

This is NOT a Request for Proposal. Please review the attached PWS, and follow the steps outlined below: 1. Provide your notice of intent to submit a Proposal in response to Serious Educational Game Solutions (SEGS) for the Veteran's Health Administration via email to matthew.newell@va.gov. Please provide your response to this RFI no later than (2:00PM August 26, 2016). If you indicate that you intend to submit a Proposal, please also respond to the following: a.Please provide a brief description of your technical capabilities to for the tasking sections within the PWS as well as PWS for the proposed Task Order 001 (The IDIQ PWS should be the priority for the response) b.Please provide questions/comments/recommendations for the statement of work. Please limit your technical capabilities and understanding response to 20 pages. Small businesses should also include information as to: 1)the intent and ability to meet set-aside requirements for performance of this effort, if applicable 2)information as to available personnel and financial resources 3)Information as to proposed team members, the percentage of work each is to perform and which PWS requirements are planned to be subcontracted 4)SDVOSBs must indicate whether at least 50% of the cost of labor is planned to be expended for prime employees or employees of other eligible SDVOSB firms. This should also include the prime planned percentage and if under 50%, the names of the potential team members that may be used to fulfill the 50% SDVOSB requirement.
