- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-89. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R16PS00967 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office has a requirement for supply and delivery of Dual Media Filter Valves in according to the attached statement of work. Delivery location Yuma Area Office, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, AZ 85364. It is anticipated that the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this request for quote to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. Product Durability. Warranty. Past Performance. Price. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 333911, Pump and Pump Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 333911 is 750 employees. See Request for Quote Package for further details on this requirement.
