Past Performance Questionnaire W9126G-16-R-0980 Drawings Solicitation W9126G-16-R-0980 This is a Solicitation Notice for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside Design-Bid-Build (DBB) solicitation for Upgrade of the Electrical System at the Kerrville Veterans Administration Hospital in Kerrville, Texas. Offerors must be SDVODB firms. The Contract Specialist point of contact for this anticipated solicitation will be Ms. Natasha Kennedy at 817-886-1075, email Natasha.p.kennedy@usace.army.mil. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award a DBB Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract SDVOSB firm with a construction magnitude of between $1 million and $5 million. The estimated period of performance for this contract is 180-days. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein if it is determined in the best interest of the Government. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: Construction services required upgrade the electrical system at the Kerrville VA Hospital. 3. EVALUATION INFORMATION: The SDVOSB solicitation will be evaluated under a one phase Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. The following evaluation (rating) criteria listed below shall be used in this solicitation unless modified by amendment prior to receipt of proposals: Experience Technical Approach Past Performance Price. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is 238210 (Electrical Contractors). The Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to do so if deemed necessary. There will be no public bid opening. Plans and Specifications will not be provided in a hard paper copy since electronic copy of the solicitation with specifications and drawings will be posted on Fed Biz Opps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make offeror ineligible for award. Information on SAM registration & ORCA can be obtained at http://www.sam.gov.
