Attachment 5, FAA Specification, Section 12 24 12 Attachment 4, Clauses & Provisions Attachment 3, Schedule of Supplies/Services Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement Attachment 1, Solicitation The 502 nd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph has a requirement for the replacement (removal and installation of new) Window Shades for Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph's East & West Air Traffic Control Towers. The window shades are to be delivered and installed within 60 calendar days from issuance of award. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR subpart 12.603. The associated NAICS is 337920; size standard is 1,000 employees. CLIN Quantity Unit of Issue Description 0001 24 EA Remove existing ATCT window shades in east and west ATCT on JBSA-Randolph 0002 24 EA Install new ATCT window shades (conforming to Federal Aviation Administration Specification, ATCT Transparent Plastic Window Shades) (Section 12 24 12 dated 23 October 2012) in East and West ATCT on JBSA-Randolph 0003 24 EA Dispose of old (previously existing) ATCT window shades from east and west ATCT on JBSA-Randolph A site visit will be conducted at the request of interested contractors. Please contact TSgt Richard Bush ( richard.bush.3@us.af.mil ), Marcus Reedom ( marcus.reedom.2@us.af.mil ) and Radames Gandia (radames.gandia@us.af.mil) no later than 17 August at 4:30 PM (Central Standard Time) in order to request site visit information. Submit your signed quote, Schedule of Supplies/Services and product literature (technical specifications) (not to exceed 3 pages) no later than 9AM, Central Standard Time, 20 August 2016. All questions are due NLT 17 August 2016 so that responses may be posted. Submit quote electronically by e-mail to marcus.reedom.2@us.af.mil, radames.gandia@us.af.mil AND richard.bush.3@us.af.mil. All pricing shall remain valid from the date of submission for 60 days. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is lowest among all quotes that were deemed to be technically acceptable and most advantageous to the Government. The Government intends to award without discussion, and reserves the right to amend or cancel the solicitation at no cost to the Government. Technically acceptable quotes: •1. Signed quote submitted within the time allotted. •2. Pricing must include shipping •3. Warranty must be addressed in quote. •4. Delivery and installation complete within 60 calendar days from award. •5. Specifications for products quoted must adhere to all standards set forth in FAA specifications and Performance Work Statement. Point of Contact Information: A.
