- The US Government seeks a combination of office, warehouse and wareyard space in the greater Olympia, WA, area. State: WA City: Greater Olympia area Delineated Area: North Boundary: The South shore of Oyster Bay, from the 101 Highway at the point where the 101 Highway crosses Kennedy Creek to Steamboat Island, thence from Steamboat Island to Cooper Point following the shoreline. East Boundary: From Cooper Point along the West shore of Budd Inlet to a line extending from 361 Avenue NE to the West shore of Budd Inlet, thence along 36th Avenue NE to a line extending from 361 Avenue NE to Sleater Kinney Road NE, thence along Sleater Kinney Road NE to Martin Way E to College Street NE to Yelm Highway SE to Rich Road SE to Old Highway 99 SE. South Boundary: From Old Highway 99 SE to 93rd Avenue SE to Littlerock Road SW. West Boundary: From Littlerock Road SW to 701 Avenue SW to Kirsop Road SW to 66 h Avenue SW to Black Lake Belmore Road SW to Black Lake Boulevard SW to Highway 101 to the point where the 101 Highway crosses Kennedy Creek. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,350 ABOA SF Office plus 1,200 SF Warehouse plus 2,300 SF Wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); -Rentable Square Feet (RSF) Warehouse area to be offered and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced. -RSF Wareyard area to be offered and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced -Please also state the combined, blended rate per RSF for the entire offered premises (Office-Warehouse-Wareyard), fully serviced. • Date of space availability; • Building ownership information; • Amount of parking available onsite and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; • List of building services provided
