Description

Statement of Work The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, on a sole-source basis, to Ultra Electronics Flightline Systems, Victor, NY (CAGE: 50027) to provide services necessary that addresses requirements for inspection, repair, and calibration of the end item Fuel Test Set TTU597/E, P/N: BCN849A6010-000 to ensure Fleet readiness. Ultra Electronics Flightline Systems is the only known source with the knowledge and technical data to provide repair services to the Fuel Test Set TTU597/E. Ultra Electronics Flightline Systems is the designer, developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Fuel Test Set TTU597/E and retains all the proprietary/technical data rights required in order to perform approved and necessary repairs of the Fuel Test Set. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit an award of a contract.
