Description

Hematek 3000 Stainer System for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center This modification amends the previous Notice of Intent to Sole Source this requirement to Cardinal health to a Brand Name acquisition set aside to SDVOSB The Network Contracting Office (NCO7) has an acquisition for two Hematek 3000 Stainer Systems. The Contractor shall provide the requested Brand Name equipment to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center located in Augusta Georgia. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 334516 with a Size Standard of 1000 employees; the PSC is 6640 (Laboratory Equipment). This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced acquisition, All interested SDVOSB sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offered equipment must be Brand Name no other substitutions will be considered Prospective bidders must maintain an active registration in sam.gov to be considered for government contracts. This is a Firm Fixed Price acquisition that is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business set aside. The solicitation will also be posted to fbo.gov with an anticipated posting date on or before 8/5/2016.
