Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice. Please see corresponding solicitation #VA101V-16-Q-0366 which will be posted immediately after this notice. Description of services required: Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, facilities, and supervision to construct a driveway and culvert for a Chapter 31 Veteran's residence located in Friendship, Wisconsin. All work shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Building Codes. Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other contract terms and conditions set forth within the solicitation. *This project is 100% set aside for verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB) that are capable of meeting the requirements herein. *CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN SAM.GOV PRIOR TO AWARD. Registration can be made at: https://www.sam.gov *Magnitude of Construction is between $10,000.00 and $15,000. *Payment and Performance Bonds are NOT required for this project. *ADDRESS FOR THE SITE VISIT WILL BE PROVIDED TO INTERESTED CONTRACTORS UPON REQUEST.
