Description
DAILY RENTAL OF A TRUCK International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office requires renting a cargo truck, including fuel, maintenance and driver per attached specifications. Renting a cargo truck, to include fuel, maintenance and driver with the following specifications: Daily rental of a truck type minimum 4 cylinder Turbo (require sufficient power to adequately haul the load) with maintenance and driver. The Contractor shall bear all costs of fuel, tolls, maintenance and drivers each with availability of 12 hours daily for a total availability of 24 hrs a day; a cargo truck with a stake bed, removable canvas cover to protect and/or occult cargo, a minimum cargo payload of 3 tons, and if necessary must be able to obtain a like replacement vehicle within 24 hrs if the leased truck is not available due to a maintenance or damage. The truck is required for transport of cargo and passengers, in support of the Base Security program and other programs as directed by the base security program adviser at INL Bogota. Transport of material and equipment is a key part of the base security program and as required the transport of uniformed and civilian CNP personnel with and without weapons may be requested. The vehicle will move throughout Colombia; most likely the departments of Nariño, Cauca, Tolima, Norte de Santander, Antioquia, Cundinamarca, Arauca, Putumayo,Guajira. although other Departments are not to be excluded as this truck is in direct support of the base security program and CNP rural mission requirements as directed by the base security program advisor. The service must be provided at any time of day or night and any day that is required, regardless of holidays, throughout the next year from 19 October 2016 through 18 October 2017.
