- Solicitation AG-4146-S-16-0023 Attachment 3 & 4 in MS word format A Site Visit meeting will be held on Aug 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bankhead Ranger District Office, 1070 Hwy 33, Double Springs, AL Additional information is included in the solicitation. This solicitation is for janitorial Services for the Bankhead Ranger District building and work center located near Double Springs, AL. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform janitorial services for a building approximately 6,600 SF and a work center approximately 572 SF. The contract will be for a base period with four option years. The size standard for this solicitation is $18 million under NAICS code 561720. (The current monthly price for the district office is $872.00 No current contract price for work center.) The solicitation will be set-aside for small business concerns. Solicitation should be available on this web site on or about Aug 3, 2016. If a site visit is held, information will be included in the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of solicitation and amendments, if any.
