Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed contract to Trillamed. Address: 30100 Telegraph Road, Bingham Farms, MI. The requirement is for the equipment and maintenance for the Somnostar Z4 Version 10 Sleep System. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-5 and VAAR 819.7007. The period of performance shall be 60 Days After Receipt of Award.. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a capability Statement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by respond to the requirement no later than August 8, 2015; 4 PM CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
