Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office/NCO7 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract for preventative maintenance of the Lithotripter COMPAQ Sigma 140 EMSE equipment to Dornier MedTech America, Inc., 1155 Roberts Boulevard, Suite 100, Kennesaw, GA 30144 under Product Service Code - J065, NAICS - 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) as a brand name acquisition, only one responsible source. No other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested vendors may submit a capability statement which shall be reviewed by the agency for future requirements. Information can be sent electronically to the Contract Specialist via email at lois.greene@va.gov, NLT 4:00PM (EST) 8/04/2016. No telephone/fax or postal mail responses will be accepted.
