The antennas are labeled AG12, AG13, and AG15. The equipment is currently in crates or on pallets which in most cases are ready for loading in a trailer for shipping. There may be some crates that require stiffening or replacement of missing screws but that is very limited. The shipment will require 2-4 open flatbed trailers for the 3 risers and 6-8 enclosed 53' trailers for the other materials for the 3 antennas. The systems are in crates or on pallets as listed in the Appendix 1 Attachment. The logistics team at the Army Depot warehouse will assist in loading the antenna pallets/crates in the trailers. The shipment will be broken down into two groupings. All parts for Antennas 13 & 15 (AG13 & AG15) along with as much of the materials for Antenna 12 as possible MUST BE PICKED UP from the Wilkes-Barre warehouse between 0800 on August 29th through 1200 on August 31st. The riser for Antenna 12 (at a minimum) will remain for shipment with the second group of items as the handling equipment for that riser will be recovered from AG13 riser once at Kennedy Space Center. Delivery to KSC will be coordinated through the receiving department and contacts listed on the contract paperwork. The second grouping of hardware will occur after September 12th pending the Army's release of the remaining hardware. The date will be in late September or early October and will be coordinated between NASA and the shipping contractor. Also, a priced option may be provided for the transportation of an additional antenna (use AG15 as a reference) within 12 months of the execution of this SOW.   *Please s Essential Pick-Up Requirement: Please indicate in your response that you have the capacity to pick up all the required materials during the time frame listed above.
