- NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Kissimmee, Florida that will be expiring April 17, 2017. The Government intends to negotiate a five-year renewal option for 13,203 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. Description of Requirements State:Florida City:Kissimmee Delineated Area:North: County Rd 522 (Osceola Pkwy) South: County Rd 525 (Neptune Rd) East: State Rd 91 (Florida Turnpike) West: US 17/92 (Orange Blossom Trail/Main St. /Drury way).
