Description

The VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Salt Lake City Utah, has a requirement for seven (7) adjoining parking spaces to park three (3) 18' vans and one (1) 27' bus for a period of one year with contract language for four (4) one (1) option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The successful offeror shall provide seven (7) adjoining parking spaces to park the three (3) over-sized vans and one (1) bus within a 1 mile (walking proximity) radius of the St. George Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), at 230 North 1680 East, St. George, Utah, 84790. The offeror shall provide daily parking, Monday - Sunday, with 24 hour access. The parking area must be well lit with daily monitoring, by person and /or cameras. The parking spaces shall be guaranteed and/or reserved.
