Description
Wage Determination RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please find the attached formal request for proposals (RFP). This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The solicitation number for this RFP is W913E5-16-R-0005. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 - Security Systems Service, which has a size standard of $20,500,000. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement for inspection, testing, maintenance, service, and repair of its fire alarm, safety and security, and monitoring systems at its Hanover, NH facility. This RFP will result in the award of a firm fixed-price contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The contractor shall provide services and materials necessary to accomplish the tasks described in Section C, Performance Work Statement (PWS). Evaluation Factors: Technical capability to meet the government's requirements; price. Technical Capability: a. Proposals shall demonstrate that the offeror has at least five (5) years' experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Fire Control Instruments and Mircom equipment. b. Proposals shall demonstrate the offeror's ability to meet all fire protection system licensing and qualification requirements of the State of New Hampshire Pricing: Incomplete proposals will be non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The fixed prices, if deemed fair and reasonable by the Government, will be become part of the resulting contract. Responses to this notice are due no later than Monday 22 August 2016 12:00 PM EST to: William.A.McFarland@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. *Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete both FAR and DFARS representations and certifications. This system combines data that was formerly contained in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), Online Representations and Certification (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
