- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00189-16-T-Z289. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-89 and DFARS Publication Notice 20160630. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334614 and the Small Business Standard is 750. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Philadelphia Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: SAP Business Intelligence Suite Maintenance Support and Maintenance The Statement of Work is provided as (Attachment I) The CLIN structure is provided as (Attachment II) and is to be completed by the quoter. The anticipated Period of Performance is from 01 October 2016 to 30 September 2017 plus 4 Option Years as follows: Option Year 1 - 10/1/2017 - 9/30/2018 Option Year 2 - 10/1/2018 - 9/30/2019 Option Year 3 - 10/1/2019 - 9/30/2020 Option Year 4 - 10/1/2020 - 9/30/2021 Delivery Location is US Naval Academy, Info Tech Svcs Div, 290 Buchanan Road, Annapolis, MD 21402-5045. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. The proposed contract action is for a brand name only. The brand name and model number of the product(s) are: SAP Business Intelligence Suite Maintenance. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification or documentation is attached. Justification and Approval (J and A) #16-065 (Attachment III) All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms, CAGE.
