Description

Sole Source Justification The United States Air Force (Luke AFB), intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Energy Monitoring System repairs/updates to AMR Systems, LLC. of Charlottotte, NC 28277, Cage: 6FLH7, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334515, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received by 8 August 2016 by 3:00 P.M. (UTC) Arizona. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Joseph.Freeland@us.af.mil concerning this acquisition. Please see attached Sole Source Justification.
