- Special Notice LANShark The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with SRT Wireless, LLC, Headquarters 4101 SW 47th Ave, Suite 102 Davie, Florida, 33314 for the purpose of funding LANShark Geo Airborne and Geo-location System Survey. Based on market research, and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that only this Extended Warranty and Maintenance Agreement can be facilitated to SRT Wireless due to proprietary and configuration access. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Kelli Parker, email address: Kelli.Parker@ic.fbi.gov by Thursday, August 4, 2016 (2:00 pm Eastern). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
