- Qty 3 EA; Antennas, Waveguides The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following Qty 3 EA Positioner with Controller Azimuth in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Rotating Precision Mechanisms Inc. 8750 Shirley Avenue, Northridge, CA 91324 due to RPM-PSI units will have parts compatibility with units already used in the field as well as familiarity with successful RPM-PSI units already used on site. Any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N68936-15-T-305 may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
