Description

Sole Source J&A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER: The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Training Division intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source - Federal Employment Law Training Group, LLC, 1100 Wayne Ave Ste 900, Silver Spring, MD (CAGE: 7AWN3) for follow-on professional and management development training with an emphasis on disciplinary and performance actions, specifically, the Merit Systems Protection Board's review. This training was previously offered in April 2016; however relevant USMS trainees were unable to attend. As a result, this intended follow-on training will ensure standardization throughout the agency. The statutory authority for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), the items listed within the attached Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A) are available from only one source. See for attached additional details. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 with a size standard of $11,000,000.00 The U.S. Marshals Service Training Division intends on awarding the subject requirement on August 12, 2016. This award will be made upon determination of fair and reasonable pricing and is subject to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Purchase Order terms and conditions will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (May 2015) and the applicable clauses of FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (November 2015).
