- Safety Manual Drawings Specifications This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside issued under NAICS code 237990. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing the concrete fishing piers in Grenada, Yalobusha & Panola Counties, Mississippi. Principal features of the work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, backfill, embankment, miscellaneous items, control of water, stone protection, erosion control, concrete work, prestressed concrete driven piles from pontoons and along bank, precast slab and pile cap placement, cast-in place abutment, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. The value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendor's List (IVL) at http://www.fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available.
