July 28, 2016 Q&A #4 - SFO # VA101-15-R-0082 West Haven, CT With regard to Amendment #5 - Section 10.8.10 PHYSICAL SECURITY MEASURES, will the VA provide a definition for the elements comprising "Physical Security Measures"? Answer: Please reference Section 10.8.10 PHYSICAL SECURITY MEASURES and the VA Physical Security Design Manual (PSDM). With regard to Amendment #5 - Section 10.8.10 PHYSICAL SECURITY MEASURES, will the VA provide a list of those Physical Security Measures items for which prices are to be indicated in Offeror's Volume 2 - Price Proposal? Answer: No, VA will not issue a list of items to provide pricing. VA is requiring Offerors to provide a list of line items for which you propose pricing related to Physical Security in proposal revisions. The list should detail each Physical Security related item, of which the cumulative total should equal totals on Schedule D and Attachment 1 to GSA Form 1364A. If there is a change in Physical Security related costs between initial offers and proposal revisions, Offerors should address this change narratively within Volume II - Price Proposal.
