- P16PS02326 - WICR ARCHIVES PROCESSING AND CATALOGING SOURCES SOUGHT DATE ISSUED: 28 Jul 2016 The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered as small businesses under NAICS 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard of $15M. Vendors interested in submitting a quote for this requirement should send a Statement of Qualifications. Submit information to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Terri Dyke, at terri_dyke@nps.gov, NLT 5:00 pm ET on 4 August 2016. The work of this contract consists of arrangement, processing, rehousing, describing and cataloging into the Interior Collections Management System (ICMS) approximately 53 linear feet (approximately 84,800 items) including oversized maps and drawings of Wilson's Creek National Battlefield (WICR) park resource management records. The National Park Service (NPS) Records Advisory Council defines resource management records as "valuable, continuously active records that document all cultural, natural and informational resources that are found within every unit of the National Park Service." Paper copies of this announcement will not be provided. Any future solicitation information, if released, may be obtained through fbo.gov. Any questions relating to this announcement must be submitted in writing, via email ONLY, to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Terri Dyke, terri_dyke@nps.gov. Responses to this announcement are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any Government assessments. The information received will be utilized to assist in formulating a strategy for competitive procurements.
