- Request for Quote concerning Wheel Assemblies This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-16-N-0148 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 and DFARS change notice 20160630. This NAICS code is 336390.
