CORPORATE MICHAEL J. CRESCENZ DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER LOCATED AT UNIVERISTY AND WOODLAND AVE IN PHILADELPHIA, PA IS SEEKING A QUALIFIED SERVICE DISABLE VETERANS OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) TO REPLACE BOILERS at community living Center.. The work includes replacing boilers, some construction alteration, heating and electrical as indicated in the statement of work. The selected contractor must be able to work in a nursing home environment with no disruption to the nursing home daily routine. The estimated construction cost is $200,000 -$500,000.
