- Site Visit map showing where to meet for the Site Visits. SITE VISIT INFORMATION DATES: 10 & 11 August 2016 TIME: 10:00 AM both days. REGISTER: e-mail indicating the full legal names of all attendees to: George.ford@ars.usda.gov Be sure each person brings a valid Government issued photo ID. DIRECTIONS The location of the meeting shall be at the USDA, ARS, BARC Engineering & Construction Branch, Bldg. 426A BARC-East which is connected to Bldg. 426 on Powder Mill Road, Beltsville, MD 20705, ¼ mile West of Baltimore Washington Parkway and heading West on Powder Mill Road. See BARC Site Visit Map. You may attend one, both or none of the visits. Each day will take approximately four hours to tour the entire area. Photos are permitted only of the buildings to be demolished. Please arrive early to allow for check-in and visitor badge. While attendance is not required you are responsible for anything you could have seen had you attended the visit. Questions must be submitted in writing by close of business Monday, 15 AUG 2016, please e-mail to: Jason.robbins@ars.usda.gov and copy furnish (CC): George.ford@ars.usda.gov.
