Drawing 902448, Rev A Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis Solicitation Number: FA8307-16-R-0129 Title: Battery Cable Assembly NAICS Code: 335929 Classification Code: 6145 AFLCMC/HNCK Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, Contracting Branch Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland TX, is seeking vendors who have the capability to provide the following: Battery Cable Assembly, Part/Drawing Number: 902448, Rev A, Quantity: 250 each. This product needs to be IAW with the attached drawing. Potential vendors for this effort would have to be meet all salient characteristics identified on drawing 902448, Rev A. A first article will be required IAW FAR 52.209-4 - First Article Approval-Government Testing (Sep 1989) to ensure the product is acceptable. The first article will be due 30 days from date of award. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within five (5) days of this publication at elizabeth.arzola@us.af.mil. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small disadvantaged, 8 (a) or woman owned business and whether they are located in the U.S. or foreign owned. An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the contracting officer for resolution. In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101 Ombudsman (Apr 2014), will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract. The AFLCMC Ombudsman can be contacted at: (Primary) Lt Col Kenneth L.
